Riot Radar: Upcoming Releases 11/9 – 11/13

“What day is it? What year!?”

Welcome to Riot Radar, a weekly column detailing new releases in music, movies and games for the upcoming week.

Another gigantic shot fired in the holiday war for gamer dollars, Bethesda’s Fallout 4 (11/10/15, 59.99, Xbox One, Playstation 4, PC) transports players to Boston, Massachusetts, 200 years after nuclear devastation, for an enormous open world adventure.

Blu Ray

It’s been said numerous times on this site that I think I was the only person in the whole world who actually really liked Terminator Genisys, and my cyborg whoring has yet to see an end, so I’ll keep beating the robotic dead (sorry, no longer operational) horse. Something Game of Thrones reference, something something Arnold is old.

When female power doom duo The Oath broke up after just a way too short two years on the scene, one half, Johanna Sadonis, went on to form occult rock powerhouse Lucifer. Now her counterpart Linnea Olsson strikes back from the darkness with new project Grave Pleasures and their first record, Dreamcrash, on Metal Blade.

In Theaters

Bringing to mind the David Cronenberg classic Shivers and the slightly less classic Quarantine, There’s no squatters rights in the decent looking new horror flick Condemned.
